My experience here was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude and uninterested in helping guests, making the check-in process frustrating. Additionally, the room itself had significant issues, including mold in the shower and a broken toilet seat, which made it uncomfortable for my family. The lack of basic amenities, such as a working heater on a cold night, also added to my frustration.

I had a one-night stay in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds – Non-Smoking. The carpet was dirty, the breakfast options were disappointing with stale items, and the overall atmosphere felt outdated. It could benefit from major upgrades, as my comfort was compromised by the low standards.
